Chris Baxter has been with Valyarra for a number of years and has entrenched himself in the day to day running of the company. His dealings with Mirait Technologies Australia in the Telstra communication pit replacement program has forged relationships which will ensure a successful contract. His versatility extends to being an accredited asbestos removalist of which he manages for the group.
With 25 years experience in finance, Sue Stevens is an integral part of the business. Having worked in subsidiary companies of Pacific Dunlop, and as a Property Group head accountant, her skills are invaluable to the group. Her hands on approach, understanding of all facets of our operations ensures relationships with our clients are maintained and nurtured.

Founder and Director
Grant Jordan has over 30 years experience in the construction industry, primarily in the education, police facilities and local government sectors. Commencing in an architects office, he has developed through local government employment, a tier 3 building company, and now with Valyarra as General Manager.
Andrew Wyatt currently manages portfolios of development sites through his partnership with the Blueways Group. Working with companies such as Wolfdene, Watsons and Maddocks, he revitalises commerical sites and brings to life green field sites so that residential communities are realised. His passion is to create welcoming community hubs that will be sustainable long into the future.
